College Student 10-Week Arm Blaster Program
I,Sebastian Ledesma, as a 4th year Electrical Engineering student enrolled in one of the top 10 ranked engineering programs in the United States understand the time constraint we possess managing a full schedule including work, school, and relationships. I have constructed this program using my 8+ years of training for you to not waste any more time doing countless hours of research and learning through error as I did.
This is a 10-week 6 day split workout program for beginner to intermediate lifters looking to make the absolute most out of their training while keeping up with a full school workload.
Advanced trainees can run this program if it fits their goals as well.
While it is difficult to say who is exactly a beginner to intermediate, this typically covers lifters within their first 0-3 years of training. It is difficult to correlate time spent to real effective work being done to the body as it will vary from person to person.
If you're not sure where you fall, you'll likely fall within that beginner to intermediate range.
